I added a second balcony off of the art gallery on the third floor, as you see on the 3D view above and on the floor plan below.
I also sectioned off and furnished a room on the first floor for private study / relaxation space, as you can see in the 3D view above and the floor plan view below.

Description
On the first floor of the building, since there was an open space in the hallway, I thought it would be useful to section off a 400 SF room that can be used as a small quiet study area, as well as have something practical like a copier. On the third floor of the building, I thought it would be more visually pleasing from the exterior to have balconies on both sides of the buildings (there was only one on the left side from a change before me). I also thought that in a space like an art lounge it would be nice to be able to step outside, so I created a small hanging balcony with a couple of seating arrangements.
