This vacation house is located in the South Lake Tahoe area facing the water. To maximize natural heating in the winter, there are lots of windows placed along the south-facing side which is shown in the image. A highlight of this model is the patio complete with an outdoor dining table, outdoor couches to lounge on, and an outdoor grilling area. Another highlight is the large kitchen area which provides a second area outside of the living room for visitors to hang out and spend time. There is an island in the center of the kitchen splitting the range from the seating, with bar stools along the island there is space to sit and chat without getting in the chefs’ way while they cook. This kitchen has a curtain wall looking out onto the patio and the forest making this a bright spot in the house.
