My previous building was really wacky, so I quickly made a simpler building (that isn't slanting) which is similar in features to my previous one (four levels with the fourth level having the highest ceiling). The fourth floor with high ceiling is an open space, reimaginable for many events (wedding, sports, social, concerts, etc). Long shape of the building help creates the illusion of bigger space, which will be good for offices, open working areas, and productive time. There are plenty of beams in the floor to support a lot of load and people as well as any high-intensity activity that may occur on the fourth floor (hopefully). The rounded corner of the building gives it a soft shape (ideal for wedding and concerts :D), while I recognize it might be hard to construct a bent beam(?).
