This is a preliminary concept workspace of the future for a 10-story office building with about 110,000 SF of gross-space and at 125β x 100β floor plans.
Conceptual mass extrusions have been used to design the floor rotations, central core, exterior curtain wall and parapet wall..
This concept design has the floors rotated from 0 degrees at Level 1, increasing to 45 degrees at the mid-floor Level 6 and lastly to 90 degrees at the roof.
Two central cores contain 6 elevators including 2 service elevators, 2 stairs, restrooms and utility rooms.
The exterior curtain wall concept is a triangular checkered pattern that conforms to the geometry of the floor rotations while the roof with a parapet curtain wall as the exterior concept provides access to the terrace.
Additional pending elements include; the topography, site features, structural components, architectural finishes and renderings.
