Description

The structural form is composed of two central cores to provide the lateral stability and carry most of the vertical loading.

Consideration is to eliminate perimeter columns and design the curtain wall mullions to transfer the perimeter loads to the foundations.

Possible foundations are piles or isolated foundations pending geotechnical survey and report.

Preliminary member sizing:

⦁ Foundations - 96” x 72" x 18" ⦁ Columns - W10X49 ⦁ Primary Beams - W12X26 ⦁ Secondary Beams - W8X10 at 3’
