My Twitbook commercial office center is a basic design building. I did not have a 8’’ concrete floor as an option so I used a generic floor for the first floor. Exterior walls are brick and EIFS. There are storefronts and exterior glazing to provide more light inside the building. The elevator shaft, stairways and restrooms are in the back of the building. The centered part of the building with storefronts is for workspaces and other amenities.
