Space Budget:
Floor 1: Exhibition and Visitor Focus
The first floor contains almost all of the area that is meant to be interacted with by guests. This includes the first 2 exhibit rooms, cafe/bar, gift shop, and kid zone. Guests are intended to enter through the lobby and go to exhibit 1 first and then head downstairs to exhibit 3/4. The cafe is meant to be encased by a curtain wall to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor view.
Floor 2: Exhibition Cont. with Worker Focus
The bottom floor contains 2 additional exhibit rooms as well as all the education and work focused areas of the building. This allows workers to have their own space and not be distracted by guests. Exhibit 3/4 are connected via an outdoor walkway and guests travel from exhibit 1 to 3 and then to 4 and back up to 2. The office area will be separated by glass to enhance daylighting.
