The floor plan will be exceedingly simple in the exterior — a box — but organic and parametrically designed, with adaptive 3D printed elements, in the interior (but visible from the exterior thanks to the curtain glass facade), such that the visitor can either visit the dynamically changing spaces, or the static ones, in each case easily, as shown:

The core building elements will be concentrated to one side of the large atrium that holds the 3D printed elements, the focus of the design.

Space budget:

atrium: 80 x 70 ft

bathrooms 2 10 ft x 10 ft

offices 5 10 ft x 10 ft

stairs: 10 ft x 8 ft

exterior walls: 80 ft x 80 ft

interior walls: dynamically changing with 3D printed components
