Here was my starting benchmark

First I adjusted the wall and window settings to create a reasonable and realistic set of options:

This brought the benchmark down to 40 kBtu/ft2/yr

Then I adjusted the lighting and power

This brought the benchmark down to 24.2 kBtu/ft2/yr

Then I adjusted the PV Panels

This brought my final benchmark to -8.43 kBtu/ft2/yr
