Setting up the plumbing system was fairly straightforward. The main things I needed to be careful with were to extend the sanitary pipe connections upward before connecting the sinks, ensuring that the hot/cold water pipes extended far enough after the mirroring, and that all the pipe elements were properly copied to the second level.
