For the space budget spreadsheet, I based my room dimensions on typical floor areas for these types of spaces, but with significant increases for rooms that I wanted to be more spacious. These are very rough estimations and will change as I start fitting the rooms together. In the spreadsheet, I added two rows for a couple of outdoor spaces I want to incorporate: outdoor cafe seating and a garden/green space.
