Looking at the Bauhaus as an example of a place that combines artist residency and workshops in the same building. The design of the building demonstrates the relationship between the artist and the workshop as well as the learning process.
Looking at the Denning House as a reference for a space designed for collaboration with other human beings as well as the natural surroundings and the Dundee V&A as a place that combines education and exhibition. I am looking for an example of an institution that similarly combines workshop, exhibition, and residence- which seems to be the factor that separates my concept from most existing models.
