- Use FSC Wood.
- Manage ain, black and gray water.
Design Goal #2: Design a mass timber building
- Measure:
- 100% of columns and beams have to be Glulams.
- 100% of walls have to be Timber Frame or CLT.
- 100% of floor slabs have to be LVL or CLT.
- Targets:
- Design the building with Ecuadorian wood species.
- Strategies:
- Besides foundation and probably elevator and emergency stairs core. All the structure and walls and floor slabs would be made of mass timber.
- Identify providers of mass timber products and see if they have shared Revit families content.
- Identify providers of mass timber connectors and accessories and see if they have shared Revit families content.

- Promote recycling.
- Strategies:
- Implement color coding to classified waste.
- Implement movement and presence sensors for artificial lightning.
- Implement benefits to people that uses bicycles like free lockers.
- Implement charging stations for electric cars.
