Hello everyone! My name is Jing and I'm a Master's student in SDC. I'm originally from Shanghai but am currently on campus (PST).
I don't have much industry experience in civil engineering. I actually did my undergrad in environmental engineering at the University of Illinois. I'm taking this class and in this program because I want to focus on the actual design and the thought process behind what goes into a sustainable building. I'm very much a visual learner and I enjoy being able to see the details of what I'm doing right in front of my eyes.
I'm really excited about this course because I remember learning Revit in freshman year of college but never got another opportunity to pursue more from the design side. Pumped to refine these skills and to really understand the technology and its applications!
