Both the Western and Eastern Walls have lower WWR than the North and South. I included very few windows on the western walls.
The EUI didn't change much based on the WWR in the South, so I changed the Southern walls to be curtain walls.
By setting the lighting efficiency to 0.3 W/sf, the overall EUI decreased a lot. This will be important for my model. Lastly, changing the shades on N, S, E, and W walls did not affect the overall building's EUI.
