Photovoltaic panels:
Set payback limit to 20 yrs and PV coverage to 90%, and pane efficiency to 20.4:
It lower the building in 41.78 kBtu/ft^2/yr
My recommendation is to both adding the PV panel and increasing the lighting:
With PV panel of 60% since they are expensive and reduced plug load and lighting efficiency a little
