Module 7 - Building Envelope Systems
- The features of building envelope includes curtain walls as much as possible with the shading shelves, roof overhangs ,LoE triple panel window with shading shelves, insulated roof and walls and concrete flooring.
- Exterior wall surfaces have Brick on CMU which has a good thermal resistance and exterior curtain walls has LoE double paned window properties to keep the building control environment.
- All windows have triple Paned property and most of the windows are located in the eastern and the southern side of the building and glazing , skylight surface have double paned property and curtain wall panel are located in northern and western side of the building.
- All windows have shading features and two big curtain panels have the shading shelves.

Based upon the analysis after changes the value to BIM of some the features decreases the EUI value to 36.2kBtu/ft2/yr
