There are total six groups of visual programming in Dynamo. I used integer sliders to indicate the X and Y directions and represent the pond in Dynamo with group name of [Step 1a] and [Step 1b]. Then, I created another group of [Step 2] to represent the Pebble and [Step 3] to simulate the ripples based on the sine wave. By using the output of the above simulation, I loaded Mass:Cylinder family into Revit project from the Revit Library as shown in [Step 4]. Finally, I adjusted the calculation of the above simulation by adding one additional factor of distance between ripples and pebble to the Amplitude as shown in [Step 5].
