Here is my final model for a bus stop covering:
The inspiration I used was the leafs of a plant:

I started by creating the stem, which can be manipulated by the height parameter:

Next, I moved on to creating the pedals. Each pedal is made up of two S-shaped curves. These pedals can be manipulated by the Lenght, Width, and Number of Sin Waves parameters.

Finally, I divided the curves into points to add adaptive panels and components on the leafs. The radius the adaptive tubes and the height of the adaptive panels can be manipulated:
