Modeling Approach
My Dynamo Logic followed the below steps. Note that items in orange are parameters that will flex and change the structure.
- Create Controlling Geometry and Ribs (from Module 3)
- Create base curve on X-Y Plane
- Create roof and Overhang Curves
- Create Rib Structure
- Create a surface and panelize it
- Dynamically change the number of panels in U and V directions
- Change Panel type
- Load in Image Data
- Choose image to map
- Choose to map original or transposed data
- Flip Image in Various Ways and Set Image to Override Colors
- Choose how to flip image
- Set Panel Height Based on Brightness Value of Pixel
- Choose whether to change height based on hue or brightness
- Change Standard Thickness of panel
- Change magnification Factor
- Choose either embossed look or debossed look
