I changed the design of the original 1 WTC conceptual mass to be more rectangular. I also spent some time selecting the constant parameters so my flexed model would stay within the 1,200,000 SF - 1,500,000 SF limits. Here is the original design with the base parameters:

The parameter that can be used to flex and dynamically change the building form is the Tower Top Rotation. I set up code to test 8 cases of top rotation angles, from 0-70 degrees in intervals of 10. This range and increment value can be modified with 3 integer sliders:
The results are shown below. The extreme cases (0 and 70 degrees) approach the extents of the gross floor area range, but remain within the 1.2M to 1.5M SF allowance.
