  • A few sentences describing your modeling approach

For the parametric structure assignment, my approach focuses on creating a flexible and scalable design using Grasshopper. I aimed to develop a model that could adapt to various architectural applications by leveraging parametric control over its key elements. My design employs a combination of points and curves to define the controlling geometry, which in turn determines the placement of structural beams and panels.

  • A brief description of your design outlining the parameters that can be used to flex and dynamically change your structure

The parameters I used to flex and dynamically change the structure were

Factor: Controls the overall scale of the geometry. Height: Adjusts the vertical dimension of the structure. Count: Specifies the number of divisions along a curve for placement points. X Coordinate and Z Coordinate: Adjust the positioning of points to alter the shape and orientation. U Count: Defines the number of divisions along the U direction of the surface. Radius: Adjusts the thickness of circular elements. Curvature Factor: Introduces wave-like curvature to the controlling geometry.

These parameters ensure the design's adaptability, allowing it to meet various functional and aesthetic requirements.
