Kiki - Module 8 - Part 2

Name: FlexiDome

Overview:

FlexiDome is designed to assist architects and engineers in quickly and efficiently visualizing and analyzing circular stadium designs with wavy facades based on a variety of input parameters. These parameters include the top, middle, and bottom radii, the middle and top heights of the stadium, and the number and amplitude of the facade waves. When the tool is run, it provides outputs such as floor and facade area, volume, and the surface area-to-volume ratio. Additionally, the tool can estimate construction costs (assuming linear changes) based on provided construction costs at the lowest and highest levels.

Moreover, the tool calculates the seating capacity and stage area based on inputs like the number of rows and seating zones, incline angle, and the aisle area-to-seating area ratio. The designed stadium can be used for multiple purposes, including sports events, concerts, and ceremonies. Users can adjust the input parameters to develop visualizations for the design, ensuring the best possible outcome that meets both the spatial, cost, and aesthetic requirements of the stadium.
