I decided to design a potential train or bus platform. I originally started with a much more rigid, angular plan. There would have been two columns in the middle holding the roof. However, upon figuring out how to use the parametric parameters I thought I should bring the roof down to the ground to make a free-standing structure. I want to actually work on this a little bit more and I would like to make the panels painted ceramic tiles. I think the station would be an elegant form clothed in beautiful, locally made tiles.

I love the modular form of this design too. The form is almost origami like. The profiles it creates are simple and beautiful. They present a weight in the vaults, and a lightness in the feet as the structure hovers over the platform.

I would love to make a rendering of this within an urban setting with the tile ornament.
