Part 1

I used rectangular two level twist profile for part 1. I changed building height parameter to evaluate gross floor and surface area.

Part 2

I created a profile with a high length to width ratio because we have an area with one side much greater than the other. I wanted the building to have something like legs. I also had an octagon shaped mass in the second level because it gave me a much curvy surface. The curvier the surface lesser surface area. Also, this profile gives the required area in much less height. Going above 500 ft height increases the costs.

Point to Ponder: What’s the advantage of exporting the values to Excel?

Exporting the values to excel keeps a track of all our iterations when automated. Otherwise, we would have to keep doing this process manually which is very time consuming and is prone to manual errors.
