I’m a first-year Master’s student in Structural Engineering. I grew up in the South Bay and went to Rice University for my undergrad. I enjoy reading, cooking, swimming, and watching c-dramas and anime in my free time! I’m also a huge foodie and love exploring restaurants and cuisines around the Bay. I also love traveling and was just in Seattle for a week over Spring Break. I’m hoping to visit Japan and other parts of Asia in the near future (hopefully after I finish my program!).

I took 220A in the fall and really enjoyed working with Revit for the first time. I’m interested in this course because I want to understand how Rhino and Grasshopper can be implemented in structural design projects to optimize design. That’s what I want to pursue as a career and these are tools that I know will be extremely helpful for the future of the industry, so I’m excited to learn how to use this software.
