Hi, I’m Zarrin. I’m a sophomore majoring in Civil Engineering, potentially on the energy and climate, or urban systems, or construction tracks… Lots of options and pathways but only so many classes I can take, unfortunately. I’m also very interested in architecture and bio (ecology) and the intersection of the two in infrastructure. I’m exploring and extremely fascinated by biomimicry, organic structures, and bio-based materials! I have practically zero BIM background- maybe some introductory SketchUp skills I picked up in CEE156 last quarter if that counts. Hence, why I’m enrolled in this class- I need to start somewhere ☝️. I’m expecting a challenge from the course, but I’m up for anything!
