First, I imported the building mass to Revit directly and then set most of the parameters to be permanent. The constant parameters were top height, top radius, mid height, mid radius, mid rotation, bottom height, bottom radius, bottom rotation. The only parameter to be changed was the top rotation. For the second part of the module, the parameter to be changed was the mid radius instead of top rotation. The custom building mass used was similar to the simple triangular mass but the top and bottom profiles were switched to be rounded triangles instead.

By exporting the resulting mass characteristics to Excel, we can easily determine which building mass is the most efficient in terms of gross floor area, surface area, and volume. In real world applications, this would make it easier for designers to decide which parameters will affect the building design the most.
