• What do they care most about? - Cares most about recycling and reusing. Loves the company Patagonia and their efforts to recycle old jackets into new ones
• What are they doing now? - Uses all reusable items, doesn't commute to work even though he has the option to go back, tries to buy things from sustainable companies or make them himself
• What would they like to be able to do? - Doesn't know too much about sustainability other than recycling - wants himself and others to spend more time learning about it and the different ways they can participate
• Any reservations / concerns about sustainability? - Concerned that not enough people/companies keep sustainability in mind - most things are mass-produced and it shouldn't be that way
