Testing Priorities

What service or app features will be most helpful to get feedback on?

  • Electric Refill Truck — Whether they like the way of transportation, and we would use feedback to improve it.
  • App scheduling — Whether they think it would fit into their lifestyle and we would use this feedback to potentially think of a different way to schedule a refill stop.
  • App Interface — How intuitive or simple is it, and we would use the feedback to make it easier for all customers to interact with
  • Sustainability — If they think this way of shopping is sustainable.
  • Shampoo, conditioner, makeup products - What brands they would expect to see in the truck

Testing Strategy

  • Ask them what they think of the transportation method
  • Ask them whether they think its sustainable
App Scheduling
  • Ask them weather if it is convenient
  • Ask them if the scheduling system would work for their lifestyle
App Interface
  • Ask them to navigate to wherever they want on the app
  • Ask them what button they would click first
  • Ask them what they think the impact would be
  • Ask them if they think we could be more sustainable in a certain way
  • Ask them if the brands matter as long as they are sustainable
  • Ask them what brands they would like to see?
