Food and nutrition

This area is important/interesting to me because….

I think a lot of people including myself want to have a healthy lifestyle but don't have the time to cook a healthy meal or go to grocery stores so they tend to order fast food. Also, some people don't know how to cook and this forces them to order fast food.
