Key Findings from the Interview
- Food is just fuel, doesn’t think much about it beyond each meal
- Self-described lazy and aware of lack of sustainability/environmental awareness
- Interestingly still acknowledges he cares about the environment and does other things in his life like savings boxes/packaging to things he purchases in case he needs to use them again and definitely recycles in his home (though I wonder if he would if not required by township?)
