Project 1 - Prototyping Plan
After doing some researching on existing products on the market I came up with the idea of a vacuum sealable bag that had multiple compartments to fit a head of lettuce and provide both temperature and moisture control. The bag(s) fit in a box that keeps your greens separate from other produce in the fridge and helps keep/filter out ethylene gases that can expedite ripening/aging of greens and other produce.
