As a passionate advocate for sustainable practices, he seeks a comprehensive solution that goes beyond commuting, inspiring him to explore rural areas sustainably and embrace a greener way of living.

Minimum Viable Product

The simplest version of this product that delivers value and meets the challenges of this POV statement will have these essential features:

• Provides transportation to residents of a rural community
• Is flexible and reliable to work with a modern lifestyle as a viable alternative to driving a car
• Is affordable and cost comparative to driving whilst being cheaper than a taxi
• Has sustainability and environmentally consciousness at its core.

My MVP (maximum value product) takes an existing transportation form and revolutionises and modernises it for the needs of the 21st century. For decades, buses have been serving rural communities to connect them to towns and cities as well as to other critical infrastructure.

For public transport to continue to serve the needs of rural communities they need to interact seamlessly with other forms of transport as well as offering a real alternative to driving. If there is one bus an hour that goes on a set route at a set time this does not offer the same service as a car.

My proposal is to launch a fleet of self-driving, electrified minibuses (similar to the ones below) that are available on demand through an application allowing you to plan your rides knowing that a convenient and affordable transportation service will be there to carry you to your destination.
