Designing futuristic micro-living environments in 2050 while prioritizing the social and human aspect is crucial to ensure that these spaces provide not only efficient living solutions but also foster well-being, community, and a high quality of life. Here are some considerations that may drive the humanistic aspect of our design:

Community spaces

Incorporate shared communal areas such as lounges, kitchens, gardens, and coworking spaces. These spaces encourage social interaction and a sense of belonging among residents, mitigating potential feelings of isolation in a world that is fast moving and dissociated in come aspect. Cultivating a space of common dining can help build this feeling of belongingness, and also help with effective resource consumption and management.

Wellness spaces

Dedicated areas for relaxation, meditation, and exercise. Wellness-oriented features such as yoga studios, meditation rooms, and fitness facilities contribute to residents' physical and mental well-being. Use of advanced technology like AR/VR to simulate these spaces in limited dimensions could be effective.
