Long bank lines and unclear communication frustrate customers, particularly the tech-wary.

Working Problem Statement:

Subject: In the world of one bank teller who was working alone and managing the task alone

Where: The waiting are of the bank

Who: people waiting in the lines especially the elderly who are tech-wary

How: waiting in long line, just to find out that the documents are missing, long wait lines, don’t know where to go feeling confused, too crowded, boredom, less space for alot of poeple

pov: bank manager, Alot of work and limited staff, not sure how to handle, i want a break too, overwhelmed by everything
