John, a frequent cafe visitor and consultant working remotely needs to ensure the safety of his personal items while focusing on his work because he worries about losing his valuable items like his laptop and documents in a busy, public environment.

Linda, a conscientious Coupa cafe staff member needs to efficiently manage and return lost items to their owners because she wants to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere at the cafe, but is currently overwhelmed by the disorganized process.
