Point of View Statements
1. Artist Abigail
Abigail needs a work-design space in a hub for innovation and collaboration with other graphic designers while showcasing her own designs by outreaching to brands as potential future clients.
2. Researcher Robin
Robin needs brands to establish relationships for Carnegie Mellon’s students to conduct industrial and/or breakthrough lab research and source for internships, while also partnering with these brands to prototype Carnegie Mellon’s new research.
3. Tech-y Tom
Tom needs a children-oriented conducive space for their empirical and experiential learning in sparking interest in tech or other STEM related degrees, and a dog-friendly design for their lovely family dog.
4. Retired Ron
Ron needs a central space where new tech ideas synthesise for his own interest, hobby and recreation in keeping up to date with the latest tech advancement.
5. Fresh Graduate Freddie
Freddie needs a space to unwind with a focus on community and network building as part of relaxation after work and office hours.
6. Jocky John
John needs a professional stadium in his local community to train and compete in as part of representing his high school football team and in pursuit of being a recruited college athlete.
