Practice Exercise: Space Design Guidelines

I used the floor plans of Y2E2 as my guidelines for estimating the sizes for the project spaces/rooms. My space budget spreadsheet with comments about design features & ideas is attached below (the actual dimensions and areas are subjected to changes when I model the spaces into Revit):

Inspirations: Both the interior and exterior designs of these building are very similar to the design I have in mind for my building, simple but elegant.

The preliminary space layouts for my building are shown below (very likely to be changed when I model the spaces in Revit). The triangle part of the building will ideally be naturally ventilated.
