Some components of the exterior facade have been modified for the proposed design of a mixed-used building. The exterior walls have been changed to Brick on MLT Stud. This was done to contrast against the white color of the columns on the first floor. The roof has been changed to 12" filled. Windows have been added on the east, south, and west sides of the building.
