My vacation home is somewhat similar to your typical family home. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and 1 seating area. The first one has a queen size bed, the other has a bunk bed, and the last one has two twin beds. In the center of the second floor between the bedrooms there is a small seating area with a large view of the hillside that reaches the bottom of the first floor as well. The first floor consists of the kitchen, the dining room, the patio, the living room, an office/guest room, the bath, as well as a small garage (mostly for storage). The kitchen is a large open space with plenty of storage and connected is the dining room that seats 6 people. Right outside, there is a small patio with a grill and seating area for outdoor dinners. Finally, the living room looks out into a wall of glass allowing sunlight and a perfect view of the hillside.
