Designed with functionality, sustainability, and breathability in mind, this building blurs the boundary between a scientific laboratory and the natural phenomena that surround it.
Separate desk spaces create room for individual initiative, while a shared lab bench and a comfortable meeting area encourage collaboration and conversation.
The south entrance and its adjacent windows feature wide glass panels that brighten the main workspace with natural light. The multifaceted design of the central roof space maximizes solar panel exposure to direct sunlight throughout the day, as the sun travels from east to west.
Adjustable panel windows in the hallway, the bathroom, and the storage room provide ample ventilation.
