- No, people don’t follow a strict schedule or follow the rules of how long they will use something.
When choosing settings for each of the building performance factors, should you always choose the setting that gives the absolute lowest predicted energy use?
No, while it is good to go lighter, sometimes it is important to use more energy. At a tech company or something that requires a lot of energy, you want to make sure you have the available resources to use.
How can you use Insight feedback to make design choices regarding materials, lighting, PV, etc.?
4D simulations are often used to show the construction sequence for an entire project, but shorter simulations that focus on a specific period of time are also useful.

No, not everything should be in there. The main structure is the most important thing. Having the basic building schedule and layout is way more valuable than having furniture and the nitty details.
