I proposed the research centers with the following features.

I positioned the workspace Southeast area of the building to use as much sunlight as possible.
The meeting room is located at the overhang, enabling researchers to have a meeting with openness. The researchers can also take a rest here since the building size is quite small, and there are no additional rest areas.
There is a research bench next to the workspace. There is no wall between the research area and the workspace to make researchers can easily access both areas, but the partitions can be used to separate the areas if necessary.
There is an additional entrance between the workspace and the research area in case of emergency.
The restroom is arranged on the northwest side of the building and has a small window for ventilation.
The storage is placed next to the restroom to separate from the workspaces.
Many transom windows are installed to reduce electricity consumption.
