Getty Center - Los Angeles, CA

I really enjoyed visiting the Getty Center in LA because there is something for everyone—from art, modern design, unusual gardens, to spectacular city views. The galleries feature medieval to modern art, and the changes exhibitions feature art from international museums. The museum courtyard allows visitors to get some air and take in the view of the Center's unique architecture and fountains. In my opinion, the key aspect that sets the Getty apart from other museums is its Central Gardon which is a living work of art. It features relaxing water features, colorful plants that change seasonally, and an expansive lawn perfect for a break from the indoors.

Royal Ontario Museum - Toronto, Canada

The Royal Ontario Museum is a museum of art, world culture and natural history in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is one of the largest museums in North America and the largest in Canada. Besides many valuable art pieces and collections from China, Egypt and America, the ROM is well known for hosting the most extensive collection of Canadian Heritage art in the world which I especially enjoy. One aspect that sets the ROM among the top is its unique ROM After Dark program, which features curated music, visual arts, pop-up performances, and distinctive food and drink, designed for adults looking for a fun, art-driven night out.
