Description
This is a model of my grandma’s house that I spent a lot of time at over the summer. It sits on a gentle slope, which is why the front part of the house has stairs. It is a 3-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath house in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. It was built sometime in the 1920’s, and so it has undergone several renovations. The back part of the house was expanded and added recently, which is why the kitchen is so long. A back porch and laundry room was also added more recently. I had trouble replicating the exact roof lines.
