Near Zero Waste Biochemical Production Line
My idea is to optimize the current market practices of biochemical manufacturing by designing “Near Zero” waste generating manufacturing eco-system related to raw materials and energy consumption environment. To achieve this the following analysis and design needs to be performed:
- design production flows in a near closed-loop environment
- design monitoring and automation systems that enable security bypasses and ensure process reliability
- define energy modelling analysis that outlines the key performance drivers behind (e.g. lightening, heating, pumps, equipment performance capacity)
