3D View of linked model - Some columns were visible from outside - this is something that in future can be solved by making sure the grids are placed in such a way that when the columns are added, they are embedded into the walls or are inside the building

3D View of level 1

Screenshot of an interior view. Some columns are in the hallway. This is because when creating the structural model for the first time, I moved my model a little bit which kind of created a mismatch with the original architectural view and I tried my best to move it back without redoing the whole model.

Strategy
I used a wood framing system because it is more sustainable and has lower embodied carbon. Additionally, timber is usually commonly used for low-rise commercial buildings because it is easier to use, it is more cost-effective and it is readily available. I also generally prefer the aesthetic look of timber buildings, I made sure not to exceed the 25 m max spacing requirement and avoid covering any floor openings. Some columns ended up being in the classroom since wood cannot go for longer spans like steel. Overall, I think I partly met the design intent of the architect but the model could use improvements to avoid placing structural elements in open spaces like the hallway.
