Description
The design is based on a very simple, but useful aspect of day to day use. Replicating an office with variety of areas to utilize desks, a table to discuss major topics, as well as a bathroom and storage room that are needed. Both the lavatory and storage room were placed close to each other in order to maximize space that is needed for people to use in the office setting. By providing enough space between desks as well as certain pieces of furniture such as chairs, individual and collaborative work are possible in this area. The windows were designed to let air in as well as warmth from the sun as its needed by the building. It allows for proper use of the building as well as comfort to the building since there is no AC present in this design yet. The walls and rood were also designed to ensure proper warmth to the building as well as general protection from rain and other natural entities.
