A Message To My Past Self

Dear 13 year old Martina,

You have the world ahead of you. A passage through shifting your expectations about yourself. You will realize that your worth is in who you are, not what you do.

There is a path you must go through, which will shape your life in such a way that will make you see differently.

Be grateful for your mother and your family and your friends, keep them close. Say thank you to your process. Be thankful for your moments outside, they will connect you to who you are.
